FANCard

FANCard acts as your official student ID — but also handles a bunch of campus-life needs: it works as your meal plan card, your bus pass, and gives access to the wellness centre, student health plan, campus buildings and labs, and on-campus purchases. For full-time students, it includes access to transit (via the London Transit Commission bus system) and student-wellness services.

Students get their physical FANCard by uploading a photo and ID, then picking it up at campus. There’s also a digital student-ID version available, which can be used for discounts and as proof of student status — though it doesn’t work for bus, doors, or meal plan access. If a card is lost or damaged, there’s a replacement process (with a fee).
