Convocation
Graduates who complete their programs in Fall or Winter attend convocation ceremonies in June (summer-finishers often attend in November; regional campus schedules may differ). Eligible graduates receive an invitation by email about two months before the ceremony and must RSVP to receive tickets.
At convocation, graduates wear the official red gown and stole (rented and cleaned for hygiene and uniformity). Diplomas are awarded after the ceremony; for those who don’t attend, printed credentials can be picked up or mailed. Attendance includes opportunities for photos, keepsakes like diploma frames or commemorative merchandise, and optional live-streaming for those unable to attend in person.
