Centre for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Fanshawe’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion services provide support for students from equity-deserving groups such as those affected by racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and other forms of systemic discrimination. The focus is on creating a respectful and inclusive campus, addressing barriers, and promoting fairness for all students.

Students can access confidential support, help with conflict or discrimination, assistance during placements, and the SAFER system for reporting harassment or exclusion. Resources related to identity and inclusion—such as pronoun guidance—are available, along with opportunities for students to participate in initiatives that advance equity and community well-being.
