Group Care & Workshops

Western’s Group Care programs offer a safe, supportive space for students to connect, learn, and grow together. Each session combines informative discussions, skill-building exercises, and shared experiences β€” helping you explore new strategies for well-being alongside your peers.

Groups are small (5–12 students) to encourage open conversation and personal connection.

How to Register: If you already have a Health & Wellness account, register online through the appointment booking site:

  1. Select Reason for Visit β†’ Other
  2. Choose Visit Type β†’ Group Visit
  3. Pick your group and submit your request
