🟢 CMHA Thames Valley
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Thames Valley provides mental health programs, counselling, and support services for adults, youth, and families. They offer crisis support, counselling, education, and community resources to promote mental wellness in London and surrounding areas.
🟢 LHSC Mental Health
The London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) Mental Health Program offers inpatient, outpatient, and crisis services for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Services include assessments, treatment, and ongoing support for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness.
🟢 Merrymount - London
Merrymount Family Support & Crisis Centre (London) provides comprehensive support services for children and families facing crisis. The organisation offers child mental wellness programs, parenting groups, children’s peer-groups, and supervised access services, all designed to help families navigate through and beyond crisis. Services include assessments, short-term interventions, ongoing support and community outreach—with the aim of strengthening children, families and the broader community.
🟣 Anova (Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Support)
Anova provides 24/7 crisis support, counselling, emergency shelters, and legal guidance for women and children affected by sexual assault or domestic violence. They also offer second-stage housing and community programs to support recovery and safety.

LAWC offers free, trauma-informed support for women and girls aged 12+ who have experienced abuse or assault. Services include counselling, safety planning, transitional support, legal guidance, and referrals to community resources.
